3. Present Simple vs Present Continuous

• Present Simple — facts, habits, routines.
  I work every day. Water boils at 100°C.
  Signal words: usually, every day, often, always, never
• Present Continuous (be + verb-ing) — happening right now, or temporary.
  I am working right now. She is living in Almaty this year.
  Signal words: now, right now, at the moment, today

Cheat: ask yourself — 'is this a rule/habit, or is it happening this second?'
